Clients are responsible for providing accurate ICBC account information and for reviewing any appointments booked by our service.

3. Refund Policy

If we are unable to secure a road test appointment within the agreed timeframe (e.g., 7 days), you are eligible for a full refund. Refunds will not be issued if an appointment is successfully booked.

4. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• ICBC system errors or outages
• Delays or cancellations by ICBC
• Mistakes arising from incorrect client information

5. Access on Your Behalf

By using our booking service, you authorize us to access your ICBC appointment profile and take the necessary actions to secure a road test booking for you.
